If you request the Meta Ads Growth Playbook, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your name. We use these details to record your request and make the PDF available for download. Requesting the guide does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

If you send a business enquiry, we collect the details you enter in that form, which may include your name, phone number, email address, company, service interest, budget range, and message.

We use submitted information to provide the guide you requested, respond to business enquiries, operate and protect the website, and keep a record of requests. We do not sell personal information. We do not use a playbook request as permission to send unrelated promotional email.

Website form submissions are stored in the website database hosted by Hostinger. Playbook requests are kept separately from business enquiries. Business enquiry notifications may be sent to Theory of Growth, and an enquiry may be added to a connected Google Sheets service when that integration is configured. These providers process information only as needed to operate the website and handle your request.

Like most websites, our hosting environment may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, and the requested page, to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. We use Google Analytics 4 across this website to measure page visits and interactions, including contact choices and playbook guide requests, download-link clicks, and optional growth-audit clicks. Analytics receives the page path and limited interaction details such as campaign, placement, or selected growth stage; it does not receive your name, email address, phone number, or message. Google may process technical usage information to provide this service; see Google’s privacy policy for more information.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil your request, respond to you, maintain business records, and protect the site. We may retain limited information longer where required for legal obligations or to resolve a dispute. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing theoryofgrowth@theoryofgrowth.in. We may need to verify your request before acting and may retain information where a legal or security need applies.

Our website and playbook are intended for business owners and are not directed to children. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through our forms.
